1. 1 cup of raw macadamias
2. 1 cup of raw cashews
3. 1/2 cup coconut flour
4. 1/2 cup candied ginger slices
5. 3 packets of stevia or 2-3 tbsp of honey/maple syrup
6. handful of Coconut flakes
